For 20 years, BIC Innovation have been helping clients to find practical solutions to their growth and innovation ambitions. With offices in MSparc in Gaerwen, and Bridgend, we work with clients across Wales, England and internationally. In 2018 BIC Innovation transitioned to become a Hybrid Employee-Owned Business (EOB). Since then, the business has grown in terms of its client base, the value of the projects it works on, productivity is up, as is client satisfaction. BIC Innovation has more than trebled its workforce and currently employs 42 people.
