Biosystems Engineering, PLLC (BE) is a family owned and operated professional process consultancy in Carrboro, NC founded by the Shumaker family. We were inspired to create this business as a way to contribute to the world we want our kids to live in. We do this through engineering, traceability and biochar carbon accreditation services that serve the infrastructure of more sustainable, equitable communities.
