Evolution Money is an established secured lender, whose business purpose is to create financial inclusion by providing bespoke lending solutions to UK homeowners.
Founded in 2011, Evolution was created in response to the global financial crash, at a time when tighter financial controls were being introduced, including an increase in the use of automated lending decisions. However, the automation was problematic for customers who had a slight blip on their credit file or had more complex financial circumstances, as they were often turned down, without the opportunity to contextualise the reason why.
