Where conscious culinary creativity meets hospitality experience and passion, Fallow, in the heart of St James’s, champions forgotten ingredients whilst practicing a beak-to-feet and root-to-shoot ethos. This results in some truly innovative dishes, from their Cod’s Head using an industry ‘waste’ product to their mushroom parfait utilising surplus mushroom trim. Founded in 2019 by Jack Croft, William Murray and James Robson, Fallow has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire GQ ‘sustainable restaurant of the year’ and the Caterer award for ‘best new restaurant’.
