Greencore Homes is a sustainable housebuilder based in the UK. They build homes that are Better Than Net Zero and create climate positive places. Their mission is to deliver new homes built to exemplar environmental and energy-efficiency standards.
With significant investment from majority shareholder M&G, strong relationships with partners and an experienced senior leadership team, they have ambitious targets to build 10,000 homes that are Better Than Net Zero by 2035.
Their homes are built using an innovative closed timber frame panel that is insulated with hemp, lime and natural wood fibre. Unlike traditional brick construction, a Greencore home locks up more carbon than it emits during construction and is designed to be Net Zero each year in occupation. Their homes are built to Passivhaus principles with superior insulation, airtight construction, and a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system. This enables significantly lower energy bills and a more comfortable indoor environment all year round. All new Greencore developments are designed to achieve a net zero energy balance.
Greencore aims to deliver sustainable homes and places that benefit people, communities and the planet.
For People. For Planet. For Good.
