People Beyond Profit is an executive search and recruitment consultancy who connects talent with meaningful, impactful work in responsible businesses and purpose-led organisations.
We are passionate about great leadership and its development. We know the impact great leaders can have on those around them, on economies and society as a whole.
However, we also know that not all talented individuals have the same opportunity to build their leadership career at a senior level. We want to change that.
Inspired by the idea that responsible businesses invest in and help create inclusive economies, we aim to accelerate the leadership capability of underrepresented groups at Board and Executive level, by re-investing net profits into progressive leadership programmes to support this aim.
