What initiatives have we implemented?
Working with Motherboard, a charter and event series dedicated to tackling the gender pay gap within the tech sector. We’ve created employee focussed maternity and paternity support, a lactation/wellbeing room, and a flexible culture around childcare.
Give back to Open Source projects by becoming the first Umbraco Gold Contributing Partner with B Corp status
We’ve designed several initiatives that support employee well-being including:
A cycle-to-work scheme
An Employee Assistance Program that’s built into an online well-being platform SpectrumLife;
Trained Mental Health First Aiders, available during office hours;
A comprehensive home office budget of £600 for comfortable flexible working.
Early finish on Fridays with no pay impact.
