TellJO offers digital wellbeing checks to tackle the root causes of debt and prevent crisis situations, such as arrears and homelessness. Digital wellbeing checks are a series of mostly yes/no questions that bridge the gap between money and mental health support. Based on a customer’s answers the checks generate personalised signposts to support.
After completing a wellbeing check customers feel on average 8.6 out of 10 better and are 9.8 out of 10 likely to contact the signposts they’re given. So far, we’ve generated over 500,000 digital signposts to support organisations.
