If you haven't already, claim your listing or add a new one. Your Verified Badge attaches to the listing you own.

Pay via PayPal (credit and debit cards accepted — no PayPal account required). Your payment is verified server-side for security.
Confirm details & submit evidence
We email you a short form to confirm your business registration, trading address, and sustainability claim — plus supporting evidence for any accreditations you display (certificate PDFs, audit reports, or registration numbers). Takes about 5 minutes.
Badge goes live
Within 1 business day, the Verified Badge appears on your listing everywhere it's shown — profile, search, category, hero.
Self-attested vs audited verification
The €99 badge is self-attested — you confirm your business details are accurate. This is the right choice for 95% of green businesses. If you need third-party audited certification for public-sector procurement, we offer that as a separate service.

FAQ
Is this a recurring charge?
No. €99 is a single one-off payment. Your badge stays with your listing for the lifetime of your active business on the directory.
What happens if I stop trading?
If your listing is removed or marked inactive, the badge is removed with it. We review this annually — you're welcome to re-verify if you relaunch.
Can I transfer the badge to another listing?
The badge is tied to the user account and the listing you own at time of purchase. If you sell the business, contact us and we'll transfer to the new owner within reason.
What counts as "verified"?
You confirm: (1) your business is a registered legal entity, (2) the contact details and website on your listing are accurate, (3) your sustainability claims are truthful and you can substantiate them if asked. We reserve the right to revoke badges for misrepresentation.
Do I need the Starter or Business plan too?
No. The Verified Badge works on Free, Starter, and Business listings. That said, pairing it with Starter or Business gives you the best conversion because verified businesses with claimed, complete profiles get the highest enquiry rates.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if your badge hasn't been issued yet (i.e. within the first business day). Once the badge goes live on your listing, no refunds — but you can cancel anytime and the badge simply won't be renewed if you stop trading.
Do you check my claims?
We spot-check declarations and investigate any reports of misrepresentation. We don't do full audits at this tier — that's what the audited option is for.
